- Right From The Start - care for parents and babies
- The Gabriel Project - support to pregnant women and families with infants and young children
- WV Birth to Three - early intervention services and support to families with children with or at risk of developmental disabilities up to age three

- WV Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) - low cost health care plan for children and teenagers of working families
